STORAGE AND BOTTLING GUIDELINES
STILL WINES

Use the proper cork closure according to the type of wine and the type of bottle.

Diameter of compression: 15,75 ± 0,25 mm

Optimal corking speed recommended by the manufacturer 1.200/h/head.

Store corks in a clean, dry and ventilated environment; maximum for 4 months.

Reduce the internal pressure by corking under vacuum from 0 to -0,2bar.

After bottling, keep bottles upright for at least 3 min if technical cork and 48h-72h if natural cork.

Corks should be kept away from all chemicals, pesticides, fungicides, chlorine-based sanitary products and treated wooden structures (in particular with PCP pentachlorophenol).

Insertion of corks in standard bottles: 0 mm to 1 mm from the lip of the neck.

Transport and store bottles in an upright or horizontal position.
